Roasting & Shipping
Here at Red Rooster, we roast-to-order so that you receive the freshest possible coffee for your customers. We strive to roast and ship all the contents of our Red Rooster Wholesale orders on the same day. We also only roast Monday-Friday. Because of this, we typically need 1-3 business days to complete your order. Therefore, if you order on Friday, your order will most likely leave our facility via UPS on the evening of Monday or Tuesday.
Recurring Orders for Wholesalers
We encourage our wholesalers who have an expected weekly or monthly minimum to set up recurring orders. This enables us to better establish a baseline for our green coffee orders, but also helps us plan when unexpected orders come our way. Wholesalers must place Recurring Orders through their account and can not use express checkouts such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay to purchase subscriptions. However, you SHOULD be able to establish a recurring order using PayPal and definitely can with your credit card.
Local delivery and pick-up are not supported as delivery options when using the subscription service. However, if you would like your Recurring Order to be local delivery or Pick-up, please let us know and we will be able to make those adjustments to your account
Account Credit
In the event that we are unable to complete your order in full, we will apply credit for the amount paid and unfulfilled to your account. Accounts with available credit will see a button indicating available credit at the top of their My Account page.
In order to apply credit to your account:
- Add desired products to your cart
- Click "My Account" on top right of page
- Click "You have store credit" button (if you do not see this button, no credit is currently available in your account).
- Either apply the entire balance or a portion to your upcoming order.
- Click either "Continue Shopping" or "Check Out"
Please let us know if you believe you should have store credit but do not see the store credit button on your account page.
